Learner Outcomes
At the heart of our approach is a belief in celebrating every success, whether big or small. Whether it's gaining a qualification, mastering a new skill, overcoming a challenge, or simply making progress, we recognise and honour the achievements of our learners.
This page showcases the outcomes that reflect the dedication, and growth of our learners and the impact of their learning journey.
As a newly established provision, we’re still in the early stages of our journey. While we’re already seeing fantastic progress from our learners, we won’t have official exam results to share until summer 2026. In the meantime, we’re proud to highlight the many other ways our learners are achieving and growing every day.

Outcomes & Progress

We recognise that progress is not always linear. While some learners successfully transition back into education settings, many require sustained, consistent support to rebuild trust in learning, develop resilience, and achieve personal milestones. We measure success not only in transitions, but in the significant steps each learner takes towards re-engagement, wellbeing, and long-term positive outcomes. For many of our learners, success is measured through meaningful personal and developmental progress. Through our provision, learners demonstrate:

-
Improved attendance and engagement with education
-
Increased confidence and self-esteem
-
Development of emotional regulation and coping strategies
-
Strengthened relationships with trusted adults
-
Reduced anxiety and barriers linked to EBSNA (Emotionally Based School Non-Attendance)
-
Enhanced readiness for transition into appropriate education settings when the time is right
-
5 of our learners have already successfully transitioned back into mainstream or specialist settings
