Our Team

Samantha Webster
Director of SEND

I enjoy supporting young people in their personal and academic growth.
As a mom to three neurodiverse children, I have empathy for the struggles some learners face.

I have personally experienced the positive impact that arts and crafts can have on personal development and mental health, so am excited to see the impact it can also have on our learners.

In my spare time, I am a roller skating coach and have been involved in the sport for 35 years!

I love to spend time with my family and dogs in nature.

My advice would be…
Everyone has difficulties and makes mistakes. Be kind to yourself and don’t be afraid to ask for help!

Emma Rennie-Gibbons
Director of Service

I have a passion to support young people to achieve their goals and aspirations, regardless of their starting point.

I have four children who found school challenging for various reasons. Therefore, I understand the importance of bespoke learning packages and how they can help some learners.

I have many pets, including; two dogs, a tortoise, two snakes, two turtles, and a bearded dragon.

I am the manager of an under 16s Rugby Team, so on the weekend you can often find me on the side of the pitch!

My favourite food is Chinese.

My advice would be…
Find your talent or interest, then dream, believe and achieve.
Abbie Rogers
Family Liaison Officer

I love having an impact on young people's lives, fostering a lifelong love of learning, and helping them reach their full potential, regardless of their backgrounds and circumstances.

I am a mum of one so I understand the importance of patience, resilience and empathy. These qualities help to create a warm, safe and nurturing environment that young people thrive in.

I am a big believer in clear space, clear mind so cleaning is my favourite hobby! I also love spending time with my family, going carp fishing with my partner and daughter, swimming and watching crime documentaries!
My advice would be...
You never know what other people are going through so be kind to everyone!

Alex Hawkins
Engagement Lead

I am passionate about supporting the learning and development of learners and take great pride in helping each child reach their full potential.
As a parent of two children, I understand the importance of patience, encouragement, and creating a positive environment where every learner feels valued.
Outside of work, I am actively involved in my community as an assistant coach for my local rugby team, where I enjoy fostering teamwork and confidence in young players. In my spare time, I like to unwind by fishing or walking the dogs with my family, which helps me stay grounded and refreshed for my work.

My advice would be...
Remember that learning is treasure that will follow its owner everywhere.

Sarah Jones
English Tutor

I am so excited to have joined the Leading Futures team as an English teacher! I am passionate about helping learners who may have found learning tricky in the past and I strive to build and develop confidence, inspiring people to realise just how much they can achieve.
I love bringing creativity and energy into the classroom – my lessons are interactive, hands-on, and designed to make learning both fun and meaningful.
Outside of school, I’m happiest outdoors, exploring new places to walk with my family (and my little dog, Ozzy).

My advice would be...
Be proud of who you are and embrace it – your individuality is what makes you special.
